Operator: Evidentia Compliance is operated by The Prudential Writing Company Limited, registered in Hiong Kong.

Purpose: Evidentia Compliance is an AML compliance product for small accountancy firms. The product is currently pre-launch and is not yet collecting client AML workspace data through a live software service.

We do not currently collect live product workspace data, client AML files, customer due diligence records, or client compliance records through the Evidentia software product.
